Here is my take two of this scenario for C&C that I've adapted to my Battle Cry house rules for the AWI. I recently got a Risk 2004 Edition which contained six sets of figures with an 18th century look. I mounted these for use in period conflicts to go alongside my 19th century figures - again from the Risk boardgame. I think they look rather good.
The plan is I use these in my 18th Battle Cry period variants and also when playing Hold the Line and Fredreick's War games where I can combine the counters with miniatures to get a more 3D representation.

Did you already checkout the new scenarios for hold the Line?
Hi. Picture looks great. I use little dice with the pips giving me the number of hits on each unit. I used to use numbered counters - both work fine - the latter is a bit more fiddly. I'm not aware of new HL scenarios?
